Located on the edge of Flinders Village in a region of the Mornington Peninsula accustomed to properties valued in the millions, this beach retreat has a number of features that work together to create a truly sustainable environment. Tom Elliot owns the house. He wanted a beach retreat where he could surf, escape the city and enjoy time away with friends.
